Create a calendar file

Click on "Create a calendar file" and your browser will download a .ics file for this event.

Microsoft Outlook: Download the file, double-click it to open it in Outlook, then click on "Save & Close" to save it to your calendar. If that doesn't work go into Outlook, click on the File tab, then on Open & Export, then Open Calendar. Select your .ics file then click on "Save & Close".

Google Calendar: download the file, then go into your calendar. On the left where it says "Other calendars" click on the arrow icon and then click on Import calendar. Click on Browse and select the .ics file, then click on Import.

Apple Calendar: The file may open automatically with an option to save it to your calendar. If not, download the file, then you can either drag it to Calendar or import the file by going to File >Import > Import and choosing the .ics file.

Hana Sanadi is an Environmentalist from UK and Yemen. After spending 3 months in the middle of the Borneo Jungle at 17, Hana grew a strong love for nature, conservation, and helping those in need. Malaysia changed Hana’s life leading her to dedicate her time to climate change ever since;
Hana is the course representative for Geography, and Environment & Planning. Hana is also the 2022 Guild Sustainability Champion, Activist and the Organiser for ‘Fridays For Future’. Hana is one of the Global Shapers at the World Economic Forum, and working member of the UNfccc Youth Constituency. Along with many Liverpool community projects, Hana’s most recent international climate work extends from COP27 & COY17 in Egypt, representing the UK as a delegate and participating in The UN 77th General Assembly, New York. Her focus is on the SDGs, and recycling which led to creating ‘E-waste Consult’ and making Eco Bricks.

Hana will be on campus throughout the day capturing all the Sustainability Week activities taking place and asking students the 'question of the day', such as what does climate action mean to you? Keep an eye out for Hana around campus all day on Tuesday 21st February and you could be featured on our social media channels.
