At Bank of America, we are committed to investing in our LGBTQ+ communities by being a great place to work for our employees, supporting our clients and being proactive in our neighbourhoods where we live and work. Across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, we have participated in City Pride events in Paris, Frankfurt, Johannesburg, Zurich, London, Chester and Dublin! We support our LGBTQ+ colleagues and families to help them thrive at work and at home. Being an inclusive workplace with employees of different backgrounds and identities strengthens our ability to understand our stakeholders and serve them well.
We warmly invite you to attend our virtual Pride @ BofA event, which will be an interactive and informative event focused on LGBTQ+ matters, diversity and inclusion at BofA, in addition to reviewing the intern and graduate opportunities available to you at BofA. This is your chance to get to know our people better, have some first-hand advice and find out whether a career with Bank of America is for you.
The session will feature a virtual panel discussion in which colleagues representing our various business lines who are also members of our Pride network will share their perspectives on, and experiences of, working at BofA, followed by a live Q&A session. We look forward to connecting with you!
