Event Description
Join our Bloomberg Women in Technology (BWIT) Insights Program and learn about our Software Engineering department. Our 1 week program is designed to introduce you to our work and culture, connect you to our diverse communities and help prepare you for future technical interviews. There is a mentorship scheme that forms part of this program, and all participants will be assigned a Bloomberg Engineer as their mentor upon completion of the week of insights. Through the mentorship program participants are provided the opportunity to gain further advice and guidance to prepare themselves for technical interviews and the pursuit of a career in tech (perhaps at Bloomberg!).
