Create a calendar file

Click on "Create a calendar file" and your browser will download a .ics file for this event.

Microsoft Outlook: Download the file, double-click it to open it in Outlook, then click on "Save & Close" to save it to your calendar. If that doesn't work go into Outlook, click on the File tab, then on Open & Export, then Open Calendar. Select your .ics file then click on "Save & Close".

Google Calendar: download the file, then go into your calendar. On the left where it says "Other calendars" click on the arrow icon and then click on Import calendar. Click on Browse and select the .ics file, then click on Import.

Apple Calendar: The file may open automatically with an option to save it to your calendar. If not, download the file, then you can either drag it to Calendar or import the file by going to File >Import > Import and choosing the .ics file.

Workshop /session/ Q & A with guest speaker: Fransico -Luma Creations
Francisco is the Creative Director & CEO of Luma Creations, he is a composer, writer and producer. He has taught Developing professional practice, event/project management and music industry studies at Chester University and created a fit for purpose training programme called Creative Futures, to support and train creative freelancers and new arts & culture businesses. He has managed local, national and international projects. He has been Director of several festivals including the One World Festival, the Merseyside International Street Arts Festival (Brouhaha International) and the Chester Carnival of Giants. He has managed large programmes including being the CEO of MZONE (Liverpool & Merseyside Youth Music Action Zone), which he developed, managing an estimated annual budget of £600,000 for four years. He has managed large scale programmes including the Street Arts programme for the Liverpool Millennium celebrations and many more.

Francisco is a member of SHIFT Liverpool, the sustainability network for the Liverpool City Region’s cultural sector. He has sat on a number of strategy groups for the Arts Council England and is part of the Liverpool (City Region) Festival Forum. He works across disciplines and is consistently called upon by CCG, Public Health, Curious Minds and others to act as advisor to different programmes. He has worked with the Arts Service St Helens, delivered many projects with Schools and community projects, and worked with Heart of Glass on their St Helens Day procession as part of the Borough of Culture Year.
