It aims to nurture the next generation of leaders through immersive training, networking opportunities, and mentorship from top industry professionals.
Program Highlights
Exclusive Cohort: The 2025/26 cohort will include 30 students who will gain access to invaluable experiences that will shape their leadership journey.
Networking & Training: Participants will attend a weekend away to build foundational skills in leadership and community building. Six evening events in Semester 2 will feature industry-led presentations and workshops focused on entrepreneurship, innovation, and leadership.
Industry Support: LELA is backed by industry leaders who will facilitate events and provide mentorship, offering insights into career paths and strategies for success.
How to Apply:
Round 1: Open to second-year students only. Submit a 250-word personal statement and your CV via Handshake by 6th of Noemebr 2025
Round 2: Selected applicants will be invited to submit a showcase video answering specific questions about their future goals. A panel of senior academic members and industry leaders will evaluate the applications. Successful candidates will be notified in early December, and the program will begin in January.
