First Sino-European workshop on the understanding of interfaces in rechargeable batteries
In December 2010 a Joint Statement was signed between the European Commission's Directorate-General for Research and Innovation (RTD) and the Chinese Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST) to boost research cooperation on renewable and energy efficient technologies, with special focus on participation of SMEs where appropriate. At a later stage Energy Storage – in particular battery interfaces – was identified as a first area of common interest.
Gilberto Teobaldi from the University of Liverpool (UK) and Miguel Angel Muoz from CICenergigune (Spain) represent the SIRBATT Consortium at this Networking Workshop in on Energy Storage (Battery Interfaces), Tianjin, China on 20th and 21st May 2014.
