Teaching
Cyberpsychology-Human Computer Interaction
This module offers an in-depth understanding of cyberpsychology, as technology has become an integral part of our everyday lives. The topics are related to social psychology, cyber cognition, mental health and the problematic use of the Internet, education and cybercrimes. Additionally, by following this module, students further enhance their digital literacy skills through blog preparation (i.e., digital writing, digital imaging, and digital audio-visual editing process), as they are sharing their blogs with the class community, seeking to develop their individual and group knowledge construction.
Research Project
As a research project module leader, I am responsible for overseeing the entire module, ensuring quality and alignment with university goals, and coordinating staff involved in its delivery. Monitoring student progress and providing support, particularly for students with specific learning needs. This involves creating a supportive and communicative environment where students feel comfortable asking for guidance. Overseeing the annual review process for the module, responding to student feedback, and ensuring all procedures comply with university policies. I also liaise with external examiners.
My additional aim with this module is to promote partnership with students in research, where they contribute to the project's design and execution. Ensure they have clear learning objectives that will serve them post-study. Promoting research-connected projects involves embedding authentic research practices into the curriculum to make students active knowledge producers, not just passive consumers.
