2015 Society of Actuaries Individual Grant Awards Success
Dr Hirbod Assa and Dr Thanasi Pantelous have been successful in the 2015 Individual Grants Competition of the Society of Actuaries to support the advancement of knowledge in actuarial science.

Their project, “Agriculture Insurance and Reinsurance”, has enabled them to cover some of the tuition fees for one of IFAM’s (OLD - Institute for Financial and Actuarial Mathematics) international PhD students.
