Useful Information

Venue

Registration, all lectures and poster sessions will be at the Central Teaching Hub located in the heart of the University of Liverpool precinct. Deposit lockers are available.

Travel and Transport

The city of Liverpool is well connected by rail and air, the nearest airports are Liverpool and Manchester. The conference venue, the CTH, is just a 15 minute walk from the nearest mainline station at Liverpool Lime Street. Lunch

Lunch will be provided on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Please let us know any dietary requirements during registration.

Social Programme

A welcome reception with food and drink will be held following the first plenary lecture at 19:00 on Monday the 3rd, sponsored by Xerius tracking.

A poster reception with food and drinks will be held following the first day of talks on Tuesday the 4th, sponsored by HiDef Aerial surveying.

The conference party will be held on Wednesday the 5th, sponsored by Xerius tracking. This will be hosted at Constellations in Liverpool’s vibrant Baltic Triangle, which will boast informal dining with friends and colleagues, drinks and entertainment including live music from The Pretend Beatles! Tickets are £40 covering entry, dinner and two drinks. Please book via the conference registration page

Accommodation
