Removing your animal's data

Please complete the form below to remove your animal's data from the Farm Animal Veterinary Surveillance Network.

  • To remove data for all the farm animals you own, enter your unique client ID number and leave the animal's unique ID number blank
  • To remove data for specific farm animals only, please enter your unique client ID number and each unique animal ID number, separated by a comma if more than one.
