This session will be an insight into the current business climate with a focus on how emerging talent opportunities fit into this landscape. The session will start with some content about L’Oreal as a business and an employer eg. Brands, divisions, streams of retail (just information on how the cogs in the wider picture work). From this we will move on to how the current pandemic has affected business eg. Corporate work, distribution, hiring. Then we will move to the final section and bulk of the session regarding emerging talent opportunities and Assessment Centre tips. For this we will cover what roles we offer, how our assessment centres run and how candidates can stand out from the crowd, put their best foot forward with any assessment and ultimately succeed in getting a placement. At the end there will be time for any questions the participants might have regarding the business or the presentation. The ‘skill session’ itself will run for around an hour and will be followed by a Q+A which will last around 30 minutes depending on the number of questions asked.
