The round-table participants will be invited to share perspectives from their respective fields, including but not limited to, international investment law, transitional justice, international criminal law, and ‘law and development’. Questions which may be addressed include: How are images constructing and sustaining inequalities in the legal imagination? In what ways is a particular ‘gaze’ institutionalised through the visualisation of development?
