Using Freedom of Information Requests in Research – SOCI532

The module will introduce students to the process of applying for and using data obtained by Freedom of Information requests in the UK.

It will provide a policy and historical context to the development of freedom of information and use this understanding to shape students strategies for obtaining such information.
