What help can I get?

The CSD Service Desk can help you:

  • Activate your computing account
  • Complete academic registration
  • Access any of our IT services - including on your laptop, mobile or tablet

Where do I go?

Visit our self-service portal at servicedesk.liverpool.ac.uk and follow these steps:

  1. Log in with your computing account username and password
  2. Click Support 
  3. Tell us what you're having trouble with and one of our Service Desk team members will be in touch

When can I go?

The CSD Service Desk self-service portal is available 24/7.
