The CSD Service Desk can help you:
- Activate your computing account
- Complete academic registration
- Access any of our IT services - including on your laptop, mobile or tablet
Where do I go?
Visit our self-service portal at servicedesk.liverpool.ac.uk and follow these steps:
- Log in with your computing account username and password
- Click Support
- Tell us what you're having trouble with and one of our Service Desk team members will be in touch
When can I go?
The CSD Service Desk self-service portal is available 24/7.
