1st AVA Topical Workshop - Detectors & Diagnostics
15th - 17th October, 2018: CIVIDEC, Vienna
We are delighted to announce a three-day Topical Workshop on Diagnostics and Detectors in storage rings, beam lines and experiments. The event will be hosted by AVA partner CIVIDEC in Vienna, 15th -17th October 2018. It will cover the challenges in the design and operation of advanced detectors and beam instrumentation to optimize the performance of the AD and ELENA, as well as experimental output. This research challenges-focused event will combined talks by research leaders, opportunities for early stage researchers to present their work, and panel discussions. The standard fee of €350 will include accommodation, coffee breaks, welcome reception, and the workshop dinner.
