The MIC was created to capitalise on the critical mass of academic researchers, technology and industrial collaborations available at the University of Liverpool.
We will develop new collaborations internally and externally and provide a platform for industrial partners. Businesses from start-ups to multinationals, can access the expertise and technologies in microbiome science they need to grow their business. We will work with the Liverpool City Region and others to develop skills and jobs in Merseyside and beyond.
