Handshake is packed with fantastic career resources just for EQPlus students like you!

When you head over to the resources tab and search for "EqualityPlus", you'll find a treasure trove of helpful stuff. Whether you're looking for career tips tailored to your needs, insights into workplace diversity, or guidance on the Equality Act 2010, Handshake has your back.

This act ensures that no one can discriminate against you based on things like age, disability, or gender identity. Plus, organizations are encouraged to keep track of diversity stats among their staff, making sure everyone feels included. And don't worry about your personal info - the Data Protection Act 2018 makes sure it's all handled responsibly.
