About

I am a lecturer in marketing and a behavioral researcher. My research focuses on (1) how consumers respond to novel stimuli from emerging technologies and (2) how we can facilitate and enhance human innovation. I have published in leading journals across disciplines, including the Journal of Interactive Marketing and the Journal of Product Innovation Management.

I am currently accepting PhD students interested in consumer behavior, innovation, or with a strong foundation in experimental designs.

  • Best Paper Award (The 18th International Research Symposium on Service Excellence in Management (QUIS18), 2023)
  • Tom Lupton Prize for the best doctoral student conference paper in the Faculty of Business (University of Leeds, 2021)
