Dr Laura Bozicevic is a Leverhulme Early Career Fellow at the Department of Primary Care and Mental Health, Institute of Population Health. A developmental psychologist, she investigates the impact of maternal mental health, family environment, and culture on child development. Previously, she was a Post-doctoral Research Associate on the Bangalore Child Health and Development Study (BCHADS). Her expertise lies in the quantitative analysis of longitudinal data and micro-analytic observational methods of parent-child interaction. Her current fellowship examines pathways to educational inequality and school readiness among UK ethnic minority families, aiming to inform culturally sensitive family interventions and policies.
