About

I am a Senior Lecturer in Marketing (Associate Professor) and a behavioural researcher. My research examines how consumers and employees interact with emerging technologies and how these technologies shape behaviour, decisions, and perceptions. I am also interested in how we can enable and enhance human innovation, driven by a core belief in the irreplaceable value of human creativity. My work has been published in leading academic journals across disciplines, including the Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science (FT50), Research Policy (FT50), and the Journal of Product Innovation Management. I have also published in MIT Sloan Management Review, one of the leading practitioner-oriented publications.

I have received several research awards, including the Best Paper Award at the 18th International Research Symposium on Service Excellence in Management (QUIS18) in 2023 and the University of Liverpool Management School’s Research: Early Career Award for 2024–25.

I am currently accepting PhD students interested in consumer behaviour, innovation, or with a strong foundation in experimental designs.
