About
I joined the University of Liverpool Management School as a Lecturer in Marketing in April 2021. Prior to this position, I was a PhD candidate in Marketing at the University of Leeds. I also hold an MSc in International Marketing Management from the University of Leeds. I focus on three main streams of literature: (1) how consumers react to humans vs. robots in the marketplace, (2) marketing communication strategies in the digital age, and (3) effective expert feedback for idea generation and product innovation. I have published my research in leading marketing and innovation journals, including the Journal of Interactive Marketing and the Journal of Product Innovation Management.
