Aims |

To introduce students to the ways in which the football industry is subject to legal regulation; To enable students to identify, understand and analyse the processes and forces of law in this area. |

Introduction to the Law; Using legal resources; Equal opportunities and discrimination. EU sports policy and competition law. EU law and free movement. Intellectual property; Protecting sports properties and preventing ambush marketing. Negotiation exercise. |
