Aims |

This module aims to enable students to: Develop an in-depth understanding of the principles and role of business analytics in product and/or service organisations; Develop the ability to critically analyse the concepts of business analytics and their implications for competitive advantage; Develop knowledge and skills in how managers use business analytics and disseminate results and the process of formulating and solving business problems to support managerial decision-making, using techniques such as pattern discovery, segmentation, clustering, market analysis, rule discovery and intuitive data display. |
