Aims |

This module aims to enable students to: Understand the core concepts of supply chain management; Appreciate the importance of inventory management; Examine the opportunities and challenges of embracing lean and agile strategies in supply chain management; Explain the interaction between different types of digital technologies and supply chains; Reflect on the role supply chains can play in delivering on the sustainability targets. |
