Aims |

The first aim of the module is to further develop students' problem solving abilities and ability to select techniques and apply the knowledge gained from the first year of Business Management study to authentic work situations. Specifically, within this aim, the module will: |

'Kick off’ team building and integration exercises, with a focus on group formation. A single student-led group project investigation, suitable for FHEQ Level 5, which will require students to demonstrate adaptable problem solving skills in addressing project briefs from business or industry. Building on ULMS170: applications of careers awareness and reflective writing. |
