Process Improvement Team
The Process Improvement Team are a University resource who are dedicated to improving the effectiveness and efficiency of its processes, for the benefit of the University’s staff and its students. We facilitate Process and Continuous Improvement projects to assist staff with the review, redesign and implementation of processes to ensure staff, student and customer requirements are met. In addition to our Process and Continuous Improvement projects, we facilitate workshops, provide advice and guidance, and deliver training on methodology, tools and techniques that underpin improvement within our industry and the University.
