Visa

Citizens of most countries can get a visa on arrival at the Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA) Kathmandu. We advise participants to confirm their visa requirements with the local Nepalese embassy before the departure. Air Links

Nepal is located in the Himalayas and bordered to the north by China and to the south, east, and west by India. The Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA) Kathmandu, which is the only international airport in the country, is linked to various cities in the world. There are direct flights to Kathmandu from Asia Pacific (by, for example, Korean Air, Malaysia Airlines, Singapore Airlines, Thai Airways, Cathay Pacific), middle east (Etihad Airways, Qatar Airways), India (Air India, Jet Airways, Nepal Airlines).

Local Transportation

Transportaion from the airport to the conference resort will be arranged by the organizer. The participants are requested to inform the conference organizer the date and time of their arrival in advance.
