Early bird registration fees:  before 22nd June 2016

  • JPY 70,000 (~ $550) for regular participants
  • JPY 35,000 (~$300) for students
  • JPY 25,000(~$200) for accompanying persons

Late registration fee: after 22nd June 2016

  • JPY 75,000  (~$600)  for regular participants
  • JPY 40,000 (~$350)   for students
  • JPY 25,000 (~$200)   for accompanying persons

The registration fee for regular participant and student covers welcome dinner, conference dinner, excursion, conference kit, lunches, dinners and drinks in the poster session and evening cultural programs.

The registration fee for accompanying person covers only welcome dinner, conference dinner, excursion, dinners and evening cultural programs.  We  have arranged a special program for accompanying persons. Click here for further information.

Delegates registering onsite will only have the option of paying by cash.
