Guidelines for presenters
Oral presentations
Presenters will be provided with either a 12 or 15 minute slot in their assigned session, please see the talk schedule for your allocation. Please allow 2-3 minutes for questions within this allocation.
A PC running the latest Microsoft Powerpoint and Adobe Acrobat software will be available. Presentations should be prepared in 4:3 format.
Additional support will be available to connect to projectors using your own laptop however talks must also be uploaded in either MS Powerpoint or PDF format to the conference pc to provide a backup.

Poster presentations
Posters must be formatted to ISO A0 specification in portrait orientation. This is equivalent to 841mm (33.1 inches) wide and 1189mm (46.8 inches) high.
Velcro attachments for posters will be provided.
