NeST impact workshop - Relations to Industry

On Thursday 22nd January NeST held a workshop on issues of impact of research and relations to Industry. Amongst the people who attended, there were researchers from several UK universities as well as people from the local industry.

The schedule was as follows:
10:00-12:30 Sharing of industrial collaboration experience and discussion about Algorithms UK
12:30-14:00 Lunch
14:00-15:00 Talk by Prof Rajeev Raman and discussion
15:00-15:30 Presentation by Dr Paul Gregory (Quantum of Value)
15:30-16:30 Presentation by Mr Michael Walker (AIMES Grid Services)
16:00-17:00 Talk by Dr Andy Dowsey, further discussion and conclusion
