Leandro wins the Thermo TMT award
Congratulations to Dr Leandro Neves who was awarded one of two international 9th Annual Thermo Scientific Tandem Mass Tag (TMT) Awards, as announced at the 71st ASMS Conference in Houston, Texas. This will support his work on viral protease substrates profiling using TMT-HUNTER N-terminomics of bulk samples, and the development of a strategy to quantify proteolysis substrates in single cells. The TMT Awards are made annually by Thermo Scientific to support novel applications of tandem mass tag reagents in quantitative proteomic techniques with $11,000 worth of prizes for MS reagents. This is the third award for Ed Emmott’s group after Ed’s in 2018 and Stephens's in 2022!
