Participation in all sessions and all congress materials, as well as the welcome reception, mobile workshops, lunches and tea/coffee breaks, Informal Evening Reception on Saturday 18 July.

Cancellation policy:
Until June 1st 2009 a £40.00 processing fee will be deducted from refund. After June 1st 2009 we cannot refund. Refund requests must be made in writing to the Organisers.
Registration
The Registration site allows payment for delegate fees, events in the Social Programme and the Unite Student Accommodation (en-suite single study bedrooms). You can also indicate your preference for which mobile workshop you plan to attend, please note you can choose to attend only one workshop.

The Organisers strongly request using the online payment method. In choosing the online credit card payment method, you will be directed to the online store where you are required to repeat the choices you have made on the Business Gateway site. If you are not an existing customer, please follow the instructions to login and create a new account. You can then return to the items chosen and proceed to payment at the checkout.
