Registration and Accommodation |

This page is still to some extent under development, and additional information will be added as it becomes requested or otherwise necessary. Accommodation is in Derby and Rathbone Hall, North Mossley Hill Road, Liverpool, L18 8BH http://www.liv.ac.uk/files/docs/maps/liverpool-uni-greenbank.pdf and is available from Sunday night 17 June to Friday night 22 June inclusive. Extra nights can be arranged provided the organizers are told well in advance. Note that accommodation is limited and will be allocated on a first-come first-served basis. This Hall is close to the extensive shopping street of Allerton Road, reached by way of Penny Lane. Dinner will be provided in the Hall each evening (on Sunday it might be a cold buffet), including a Conference Dinner on Thursday 21 June. Sessions of the Workshop will be in the Mathematical Sciences Building of the University of Liverpool, Liverpool L69 7ZL, building 206 on http://www.liv.ac.uk/files/docs/maps/liverpool-university-campus-map.pdf A sandwich lunch and refreshments morning and afternoon will be provided without additional charge. A bus will be provided morning and evening to transport participants between Hall and University, a distance of some 3.5 miles. Participants who have been sent an email stating that the conference is paying for their local (and sometimes travel) expenses do not need to register: they need only fill in the form sent to them and return it to Peter Giblin pjgiblin@liv.ac.uk If in doubt, ask Peter Giblin. Other participants will need to register online and pay for their accommodation, meals and registration fee. If we are subsequently able to refund some of your costs then you will be notified. Costs are as follows: Bed and Breakfast, ensuite rooms, with electric kettle, hospitality tray, ethernet (NO WIRELESS), shared kitchen: £24 per night. We will do our best to obtain temporary logins for participants; eduroam is also available.
