STM Study of the 10-Fold Surface of d-Al-Ni-Co

I will present an analysis of STM data from the 10-fold surface of Al-Ni-Co, showing that the STM images are compatible with a bulk termination of the surface, under the assumption that transition metal atoms dominate the images.
