The octahedron has many rotation axes.
An octahedron has 4 S6 (improper rotation) axes. The S6 rotation consists of two steps 1. C6 rotation 2. reflection across the plane perpendicular to the S6 axis Note that neither the C6 rotation nor the reflection is a symmetry operation of SF6
