Note that Navionics charts available for smartphones (based on Hydrographic Office Charts) have "User Generated Content" - such as extra buoy positions entered by local sailors in entrance channels (such as in Dee estuary and in approach to Portmadog)
Note also that inner areas of many estuaries have not been recently surveyed and Hydrographic Office charts are not of great use.
