The buttons below allow you to manipulate the structure in specific ways.
Those at the top are generic for any structure, and allow you to rotate the structure in 90 degree increments, and to change the display of the atoms. The Reset button allows you to start again if everything goes horribly wrong!
In the centre is a set of colour buttons for you to colour in all or part of the structure for emphasis, for example, having 'selected' a portion of it.
At the bottom are buttons specific for this structure, which allow you to select the protein, the DNA, or to colour in the basic residues that are responsible for DNA binding. At any point you can click-drag to rotate the structure. Remember, if in doubt, press Reset.
