Real Living Wage

The University of Liverpool is a Real Living Wage accredited employer. As a Real Living Wage employer, the University is committed to pay whichever is the higher of either the nationally negotiated pay rates or the Real Living Wage.

Annual leave and closure days

Our generous annual leave offer amounts to 26 days for Support staff, 30 days for PMSA staff and no less than 30 days for Research staff (pro-rata for part-time staff).

The above allowances are offered on top of University closure days and bank holidays. University closure days include a Christmas shut down through until New Year.
