 As our Deputy Director of Human Resources you will be joining our community of 7,000 colleagues and 30,000 students at an exceptionally exciting time as we appoint our new Vice-Chancellor and embark on the next chapter of our journey.   As a key member of the HR Senior Management Team, you will share in the leadership of our excellent and highly motivated HR team and help drive our people agenda forward in support of these new ambitions.

 To apply you must be an experienced and highly skilled senior HR professional who has operated across all aspects of HR in a large, complex and unionised environment and led large and diverse professional teams. You will have excellent knowledge of HR systems, data management and business processes, an analytical and creative approach, and the ability to operate at a strategic level, devising and delivering impactful people solutions, initiatives and change projects.  Most importantly, you will bring passion and ambition to the role and will demonstrate a commitment to the University’s mission, values and strategic objectives.
