The University of Liverpool Management School (ULMS) is seeking to appoint an outstanding Chair in Entrepreneurship as part of the drive to enhance ULMS’ position as a world-class School of Management. The Chair will sit within the Strategy, International Business and Entrepreneurship (SIBE) Group, whose members publish in the leading  journals in their fields (including Strategic Management Journal, Entrepreneurship, Theory & Practice, Journal of Business Venturing, and Research Policy) and and in more general management journals (such as Academy of Management Journal, Organization Science, and Organization Studies).

Under the leadership of the School Dean, Professor Julia Balogun, the School has received substantial investment in recent years including a new extension adjacent to the Georgian quarter of Liverpool that is home to state-of-the-art facilities.  Its 200 academic staff enjoy a highly collegial and interdisciplinary environment and the School is at the forefront of the University’s commitment to research excellence, succeeding against its vision of global connectivity, transformational research and education, and knowledge leadership.
