Contacting the VPU Office during Covid-19 pandemic

Due to school closures and the latest social distancing measures actioned overnight on Monday, all of the Veterinary Postgraduate Unit staff are now working remotely and so there may be a delay in a reply when you contact us - we kindly ask that you bear with us at this time.

For reference:
The CertAVP / VBM modules starting on 4 May are all going ahead as planned
You will receive your ‘Getting Started’ information in the usual way, about a week before the start of the module

If you were booked to attend a CPD Workshop up to the end of May, you will have been contacted separately, and if you are booked onto one for June onwards we will be in touch in due course pending ongoing reviews of the situation.

To help us through this period, could we kindly ask that:
Duplicate emails regarding the same query are avoided
Payment is made via the online store as we cannot currently pick up phone or cheque payments
Payment is made in a timely manner to help our processing procedures
Queries are sent via email - booking/payment to vpuoffice@liverpool.ac.uk and assessment queries to vpusupport@liverpool.ac.uk
