Financing your studies

Our comprehensive financial support offer aims to ensure that finances do not act as a barrier to a University of Liverpool degree. Our financial support includes:

  • Access to a range of bursaries including the Liverpool Bursary – which benefits a third of our UK undergraduate students.
  • An accommodation discount of £800 for students in receipt of a qualifying widening access bursary and who choose to live in our Halls.
  • The allocation of an additional £1million into our hardship fund which is accessible to all students experiencing genuine and unforeseen financial difficulty.

What next?

We encourage you to browse our Virtual Open Day content to get a flavour of what we have to offer at Liverpool. You can watch recordings from all of our subject areas, learn about our accommodation and speak directly to our students, via the Unibuddy platform to get their views on studying here.

We recommend using the time before you apply to consider your options, do your research and apply to the universities you feel are the best fit for you.
