Job Description

As an Organisational Developer within the Academy, I am passionate about collaboratively working with staff to deliver interventions at an organisational, team and individual level. This can range from one to one or team coaching, action learning and 360 degree feedback, through to supporting the development of bespoke programmes, workshops and networks.

I am actively involved in the University’s leadership development provision. This includes the Stepping into Management and Research Team Leaders Programmes, and co-ordinating access and support for individuals undertaking external leadership programmes such as Diversifying Leadership, Stonewall, Aurora and Leadership Matters.

At the core of my work is the ethos of developing an inclusive and open environment, where people are enabled to do their best job. Everything I do aims to help people to reach their full potential in line with the University’s strategic aims and ambitions.
