Job Description

I am responsible for leading the development, delivery and ongoing evaluation of Prosper’s stakeholder engagement and communications strategy.  

Co-creation is a defining value of the project and ensuring that the Prosper model is demand-led and co-created in meaningful partnership with employers, principal investigators and postdoctoral researchers will be essential to the project’s success. In order to support this, I am responsible for engaging with these key stakeholder groups and establishing a range of ways in which stakeholders can contribute to the development and roll-out of the Prosper model.  

I will lead the design of a programme of engagement activities with employers to build understanding of their higher level skills requirements, working closely with the Prosper Research Staff Developers, to enable co-creation of the Prosper model and associated resources. 

In this initial phase of the project, I am working to establish the Prosper Stakeholder Engagement Panel - a broad ranging group with representation including universities, funders, employers, Principal Investigators and academics.
