Job Description

As HR Digital Communications and Engagement Officer, I am involved in both internal and external Human Resources related communications through various channels including the web, social media, email and news articles and announcements. My principle responsibilities are:

  • Development and maintenance of;
    - HR Intranet including The Academy, Research Staff & Academic Development
    - HR related external web pages including HR Dept., The Academy, Research Staff, Academic Development & Working at Liverpool
    - Staff Intranet pages: Liv to Give, Wellbeing Hub & Employee Assistance Programme
  • Production and circulation of the HR Newsletter (internal)
  • Running the HR twitter account: @LivUniPeople
  • Leading on Liv to Give & Staff Benefits
  • Supporting with wellbeing activities & engagement management
  • Web content governance: ensuring consistently high quality content and keeping within UoL guidelines and standards.
