

Job Description
As the Disability and Wellbeing Advisor my role is to support the University’s diversity and equality agenda, focussing on disability and wellbeing to ensure the university becomes a more inclusive place to work for all.
This involves:
- Providing specialist advice, guidance and support on reasonable adjustments to disabled staff and their managers
- Co-ordinating and progressing ongoing staff reasonable adjustment casework
- Providing guidance and advice to internal and external stakeholders on good practice approaches developing more inclusive and accessible university facilities
- Providing specialist training and advice to staff and management teams regarding disabilities and wellbeing
- Supporting the universities plans to enhance staff wellbeing with a particular focus on mental health and wellbeing.
