Job Description

My role predominantly involves supporting all aspects of general admin for the Equality and Engagement team. My principle responsibilities include:

  • Providing support for various committee meetings and all associated admin including minute taking
  • Supporting the planning and delivery of events including booking venues considering accessibility, ordering refreshments and associated comms
  • Supporting the administration of Diversity and Equality related training including data management and record keeping
  • Supporting the Digital Communications Officer in regularly checking and maintaining HR web pages
  • Regularly checking and maintaining the D&E email account, responding to general enquiries and referring more complex enquiries to the appropriate team members
  • Managing the administration and data management associated with the provision of accessible parking permits, and bullying and harassment advisers.
