1. Complete your online application
Applying for a clearing place can be stressful so we’ve introduced a new application form which will allow you to submit your application, online.
Simply fill in your details and submit. Your application will then wing its way to our admissions tutors who will review it.
You’ll then get an email confirming your submission so look out for this in your inbox.
2. Getting a decision
We endeavour to review applications as soon as possible as we appreciate the stress you’ll be under, but we anticipate high volumes of applications on results day so please bear with us. If you have a confirmation email from us you can expect to get a decision by email and if we’re offering you a place we may also call you to discuss this and answer any questions you may have. Rest assured, if you have a confirmation email from us we will come back to you with a decision as soon as we can.
- You can track your application live on our application tracker. Simply log back into your application to access updates.
How do we make our decisions?
We carefully assess all applications to the University as we want to ensure our courses are the right fit for you. We’ll look at whether your grades meet our requirements and also the numbers of places available on the course.
In some circumstances, if we’re unable to offer you a place on the course you applied for we may offer you an alternative.
3. Making you an offer
If we’re able to make you an offer then we’ll either email you directly or call you to discuss your place. Either way, you will have your offer confirmed in an email from the University.
Once you have the offer email from us you will be prompted to refer yourself through UCAS track within five days. The deadline to reply is 5:00pm on 15 August.
The referral process through UCAS can take some time but rest assured if you have an email offer from us you don’t need to worry.
