Visiting our Campus and City

We regularly review the events that we have on offer. If you are planning on heading to our fantastic city, and would like to take a look round our beautiful campus, we have put some information together to help you discover it for yourself.

Campus tours

We do not currently have any planned Guided Campus Tour dates available to book onto.

However, please do take a look at our Open Day webpages, where you can sign up for our Campus Open Days taking place this Autumn on Saturday 24th September and Saturday 15th October 2022.

For future Guided Campus Tour dates, please check back on our website at regular intervals.

Open Days and visits

We are looking forward to welcoming you onto Campus in the near future. In the meantime, you can explore our University online and sign up for updates.

If you are interested in finding out more about a specific department sign up for an Open Day visit or watch on demand content here and if you have other questions you can get in touch with our teams via: ask.liv.ac.uk.

Self-guided campus visits

Based within the City of Liverpool our University campus is accessible throughout the year and you are welcome to take a self-guided tour.

Given that our campus still has some Covid-19 restrictions in place to safeguard the wellbeing of our staff, current students and visitors, you may find that you are unable to access some parts of the campus.

On independent visits, you will not be able to access our Halls of Residence or Student Village and we can’t guarantee access to academic departments. If you would like to find out more about a specific department or course, you can contact them directly. Our enquiries team are on hand to help you with any questions: Ask us your questions

Download a self-guided map

Download our Campus Tour Map to help you explore our university campus and unlock some of the fascinating facts about the University of Liverpool. We have had some recent development, including our Yoko Ono centre, which you may see during your visit. We’ll continue to update our information as the developments are finalised.
