Cultural Diversity, Team Conflicts and Team Performance

Description

Among many challenges confronted by Human Resource (HR) professionals in the UK and EU countries, two are particularly striking: Firstly, integration and inclusion of the culturally diverse workforce has become an urgent task, especially under the current “European Migrant Crisis”.  Secondly, as team becomes the basic unit for many organisations, the issue of how to successfully manage teamwork is on the top of the today’s HR agenda.

This project focuses on the overlapping area of these two challenges and tries to enrich our current understanding on the dynamics of cultural diversity in teamwork.
