Vice Chancellor's International Attainment Scholarship
The Vice Chancellor's International Attainment Scholarship is intended to reward high-achieving non-EU international students starting at the University of Liverpool in 2023.
About the award
All new international students starting full-time non-clinical (see below) undergraduate programmes in September 2023 who achieve AAA+ in UK A level exams or equivalent will receive a £3,000 fee reduction for their first year of study.
Please kindly note, if you are an offer holder from one of the University’s partner colleges (BAC, HELP, INTI, Advanced Tertiary College & Taylors), offering the Law transfer programme in Malaysia there is a separate non-tiered scholarship available which will have been communicated to you via your counselling team. This is a £2,500 flat rate fee reduction for first year of study, award criteria as specified below:

The Scholarship will be deducted from tuition fees and will only be available for the first year of study.
Eligibility
To be eligible for this award you must:
- be liable to pay full tuition fees at the overseas rate
- be starting a new non-clinical (see below) undergraduate programme in academic year 2023/4
- achieve AAA grades in A levels or equivalent qualification.
Students will be assessed on the qualifications used to gain entry into the University only.
Sponsored Students (when fees are paid by a government, commercial organisation or other body on behalf of the student) are not eligible for this scholarship.
Exceptions
Students undertaking the following clinical programmes: Dental Surgery (A200) Dental Surgery - Graduate Entry (A201) Medicine (A100) Medicine - Graduate Entry (A101) Veterinary Science (D100) Veterinary Science with Intercalated Honours Year (D101) are NOT eligible for a Vice Chancellor's International Attainment Scholarship.
How to apply
You do not need to make an application to receive a Vice Chancellor's International Attainment Scholarship. The Scholarship will be automatically allocated to all eligible students.
